Carrot Juice Recipe

How many of you are health conscious? And fond of Carrot at the same time? Well, here I have good recipe to share.

I am sharing the recipe of healthy carrot Juice. This recipe is very simple and takes less than a minute.

Carrot’s juice is very healthy for our body. It is said that the best way of eating carrot is by simply making it juice since our body can absorb all the nutrients and minerals easily.

Here are the list of Required Ingredients for making Carrot’s Juice:
1. Carrot-1/2kg
2. Honey-2tsp
3. Black Pepper Powder-Pinch
4. Black Salt-Pinch

Instructions:

1. Wash and peel off the carrots and chop it making small pieces so that you can blend it easily.

2. Take a blending Jar and pour chopped carrots and 1 and half glass of water and blend it until well blended.

3. Take a bowl and place a strainer over it. Pour blended carrot and press from the back of the spoon to get maximum possible juice out of it.

4. Pour juice into glass and add honey, pinch of black pepper powder and black salt. Mix well with the help of the spoon.*You can add lemon juice too if you like*

5. Enjoy this healthy drink every morning in empty stomach. It is much beneficial for our health.

गाँजरको जुस बनाउने विधि(In Nepali) :

१. गाँजरलाई राम्रो सँग पखालेर , बोक्रा ताछी सानो सानो टुक्रा बनाएर काट्ने ताकी मिक्स्चर मा पेल्न सजिलो होस् *यदि अर्गानिक गाँजर भए नताछे पनि हुन्छ *

२. काटेको गाँजरलाई मिक्स्चरमा हाली त्यसमा डेढ कप पानी पनि हाल्नुस र केहि मिनेट blend गर्नुस

३. एउटा Bowl माथि छान्नी राखेर blend गरेको गाँजरलाई खन्याउनुस् , माथिबाट चम्चाले थिचेर पुरै जुस छान्नुहोस्

४. उक्त छानिएको जुसलाई गिलासमा हाल्नुस् र उक्त जुसमा एक चिया चम्चा मह, एक चुट्की मरिच को धुलो र बिरे नुन हालेर राम्रोसंग चलाउनुस्, *मन पर्छ भने थोरै कागतीको रस पनि हाल्दा हुन्छ *

५. अब गाँजरको जुस खान सक्नु हुन्छ , यसरी बनाएको गाँजरको जुस निकै स्वस्थकर हुन्छ , बिहान-बिहान खाने गर्दा स्वास्थ्यको निकै लाभदायी हुन्छ
